Leaders Can Leader From Who They Are

One thing I found most interesting in listening to Dave Jewitt was that leaders who lead from who they are find real FREEDOM.

If you haven’t listened to our conversation Dave talked about the importance to each of us in finding our unique design. His team at YourOneDegree have developed a unique reflection tool to help us identify our own One Degree. When I personally went through the material there were some real Ah Ha’s for me. In fact, I rediscovered who I was. Over the years, life’s pressures, family, and some of my own choices blurred the picture I had of myself. Dave stated that when we understand our own unique design we find freedom to be who we are, and let others be who they are. Business and organizational leaders experience that by letting people do what they do best. The leader is free to be who they are, limitations and all, and allows others to blossom from their strengths. That’s the kind of boss I want. That is the kind of boss I want to be.
